Don't you hate when real life gets in the way of working on a new project? I'm only kidding. (Well half-kidding) Of coarse "life" is the reason I am working in the first place, but there are times when really all I want to focus on is my current project and hate to be taken away from it.
I guess that could be considered a good thing, because I remember what it was like to hate my job so much I would do anything to avoid it.
Anyway, it is Monday and time to get back to work.
Things are going much slower than I anticipated because I've been hitting all sorts of glitches since getting started. I am happy to say that it really doesn't have to do with the Google Sniper program itself but more due to my lack of knowledge of the behind the scenes workings of websites.
For example, George shows how easy it is to transfer files over to your new blog using Filezilla. Simple enough right? He does it in 2 seconds on the video. I however, use GoDaddy.com as my file server and my ftp transfer program. In wanting to follow George's step by step program I tried Filezilla and couldn't for the life of me figure out the FTP address I needed to use.
I kept thinking it was the new website address when instead it was supposed to be my major account at Godaddy. After a frustrating hour of trying to figure it out I finally called GoDaddy (duh! if I had only done that an hour earlier) but they finally told me what I was doing wrong. THEN I couldn't remember my password for the main account so I had to go online and change the password and wait to be approved for the new one.
Another problem I had was the simple downloading and transferring certain wordpress files over to my new wordpress blog site. For whatever reason I just could not get the files to show up where they were supposed to.
Again not due to the training video, but simply due to my inexperience. I finally found a roundabout way of going about it and I am happy to say I finally accomplished it.
So what literally took 3 minutes on the video - took me more than 3 hours. (I told you this would be an interesting experience!)
Anyway, I am using my law of attraction visualization technique and picturing how a month from now I am going to have this thing down to a science and will be so good at this, I will be able to put up at least 3 or 4 sniper sites a week. I picture all of those wonderful Google Sniper Earnings appearing in my various affiliate accounts and how I can't believe that I ever thought this was difficult in the beginning.
So anyway I am off to the next step...will keep you posted.
P.S. I updated my earnings from my other writing sites...a little pitiful this week due to not writing any new articles....just to make myself feel better I might pound out one or two over the next couple of days...I hate it when I see earnings slow down instead of increasing...
