Well I've got 2 Google Sniper sites up and just about ready to go.
Sniper site #1 has already been indexed by Google and it is already showing up on page 2 of Google. This is a great thing to see because I haven't even finished putting up my last post on it or bookmarked it yet.
Sniper site #2 however might be a bit of a problem. I think I have made a serious blunder here. I had picked a keyword that had both .org and .net available for it and I purchased both domains from GoDaddy.
I was playing around with both of them while I was trying to get the hang of Wordpress and put the same exact words and information on both pages to see how it showed up in different themes. I have a feeling that Google picked up one but might have totally tossed out the second one due to duplicate content.
If that is true, I don't know how long or even if Google is going to relook and rerank the second site even though now it has totally different and unique information. The real shame of it is - the 2nd site that didn't get picked up yet -- was my favorite of the two.
So I will keep my eyes open and fingers crossed hoping Google picks it up and gets it in their search pages.
There are quite a few steps when using Google Sniper which you are probably aware. At first it felt like it was all taking forever, but I have to admit it does get a little easier and faster the more you do it.
George, the creator of Google Sniper says it usually takes 2 to 3 hours to get a site up from start to finish. I have to be honest it has taken me more like 2 to 3 days to get both sites where they are. But then again, I had to deal with my inexperience regarding simple file transfers and even learning Wordpress from scratch.
If you already know this information you are way ahead of the game.
So now all I have left to do on these sites is get the last post up on each one and do the onetime bookmarking.
I really hope to see my first sale soon, but I know that patience is required...don't you just hate that?!
Micro Niche Finder Keyword Search
Anyway I luckily received an awesome idea from Micro Niche Finder that shows you not only how to find a massive amount of great keywords to build sniper sites around but also to find out if the domains for them are available.
This is pretty much how it works: You pick out a keyword about anything you want: say something crazy like Liver Spots because you found a great product you can market with that keyword. Then you take the following steps
-- Type the word Liver Spots into Micro Niche Finder .
-- MicroFinder comes back with about 150 different ways that people type in this phrase
-- Go up and click the inport button located right at the top of Micro Niche Finder
-- It will automatically import all 150 words into an excel document
-- Click copy to copy all of those words in excel
-- Then go to Godaddy.com (you don't need to have an account)
-- In the middle of the Godaddy homepage is an option for Bulk registration
-- Simply click on that button
-- Check mark off that you want to know all .com, .org and .nets available for those keyword phrases and then paste in your list
-- Within 10 seconds it returns to you all of the sites that are available with .com, .net and org.
-- Then you simply find the ones that you are most attracted to and go back into Micro Niche Finder to see which phrase has the most views and the least competition.

This works absolutely perfectly with the Google Sniper program, because building these kinds of sites is what it is all about.
Article Writing
Unfortunately no article writing got done again this week due to my quest for my first Google Sniper earnings.
For some reason my Ehow articles income has dropped over the last few days. I had been averaging over $2.50 per day but this last week that has dropped to about $1.50 - $1.60 a day. Not too sure why...but it has gone through this before. Hopefully earnings will be back up soon.
I checked the Ehow forums and I don't see anyone else complaining so it must just be a slow week for me.
I've decided to give myself a break for the rest of October when it comes to article writing and simply focus on Sniper sites. I would like to have at least 5 up and fully operational by October 31st.
Am dealing with a small case of carpal tunnel syndrome however which is making all of this a little painful. I have a wrist brace in my house somewhere, but after the last move we made I'm having a hard time locating it. I would love to say that this injury is due to "working so incredibly hard" but the truth is I believe it has to do with the stupid Bejeweled Blitz marathon I was on last week - stupid game - so addicting!!
Anyway, why am I sharing all this with you? Probably because my wrist is hurting right now and I promised that I would share my "pain" with you as I went through this money making process - so there it is!
